F.X. Contreras

F.X. Contreras was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. He left the country in his twenties to attend university in the USA, obtaining an M.A. in Latin American Literature and a Ph.D. in Humanities, since when he has lived in Toronto, Boulder, Las Cruces, Dallas, Princeton and Boston. ​He has an interest in creative writing and absurdist theater, and his own work includes plays, short stories and interactive fiction exploring themes of power, corruption and human folly. He currently lives in Valencia, Spain
