These terms govern your use of the EnvelopeBooks website and your purchases from us. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Orders
When you place an order you receive an email confirmation. Your order is accepted once we dispatch your parcel. If an item is unavailable we will let you know and refund any payment in full.
Returns
If a book arrives damaged or you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Return postage for faulty goods is covered by us.
